Louis Wechter is an intellectual property attorney in the litigation department, with a focus on enforcing intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Louis provides counsel for clients in various industries such as mechanical devices, medical devices, consumer products, and electronic hardware.
Prior to joining the firm, Louis served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Courts, where he developed extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation.
