OVERVIEW
Tom’s practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and patent portfolio management involving a wide variety of technologies, including electrical engineering, computer software, information technology, medical devices, mechanical devices, and consumer products. Additionally, he has experience in due diligence investigations involving patents and technologies and conducting infringement, validity, and freedom to operate analyses.
A vacation in Newport, Rhode Island. In his spare time, Tom enjoys traveling around the US and abroad.
