OVERVIEW
Ari Diamond is a registered patent attorney with experience prosecuting applications in various technological areas, including, medical devices, surveying equipment, electrical devices, and software methods relating to machine learning, image analysis, and autonomous driving applications. In addition to drafting patent applications, office action responses, and appeal briefs for filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Ari works closely with clients to understand how their IP fits within the current market landscape.
Prior to joining Haley Guiliano, Ari worked in law firms in New Jersey, working with a range of clients, from individual inventors and small start-up companies to large multi-national corporations, and advised his clients on patent strategy, including IP protection and portfolio development.
