Nasdaq, Inc. v. Twelve Data Pte. Ltd., Case No. 1:24-cv-7296

The Defendant Twelve Data Pte. Ltd. (“Twelve Data”) is hereby advised: Plaintiff Nasdaq, Inc. (“Nasdaq”) has charged Twelve Data with violations of United States federal and state laws prohibiting trade secret misappropriation, removal of copyright management information with knowledge that it will induce, enable, facilitate, or conceal copyright infringement, accessing protected computers belonging to Nasdaq or Nasdaq distributors without authorization or exceeding authorization, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, and deceptive trade practices.

A copy of the Complaint, Summons, and other legal documents may be obtained from this website and from Nasdaq’s attorney, Brian J. Beck, brian.beck@hglaw.com, (669) 213-1058. See links below.

Any answer or other response to the Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Chicago, Illinois within twenty-one (21) days from when the summons is served upon you. If no appearance or pleading is filed, the Court may render a judgment against Twelve Data.

Twelve Data is advised to seek legal counsel.
