OVERVIEW
Maya joined HG as a Technical Advisor in 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where she developed expertise in systems design, controls, signal processing, and embedded systems. Her technical foundation is complemented by a strong interest in innovation and the practical application of engineering solutions to complex challenges.
Prior to becoming a Technical Advisor, Maya gained industry experience through her work with Siemens Healthineers, where she supported automation and controls projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing systems. Her responsibilities included software implementation, data analysis, equipment testing, technical documentation, and system integration support. She also served as a
teaching assistant for analog circuits courses, helping students develop a strong understanding of core electrical engineering concepts while strengthening her own technical communication and mentorship skills.
