OVERVIEW
Jason joined Haley Guiliano in 2017 to pursue a career in IP prosecution and rights management. Prior to joining the firm, Jason spent five years practicing patent litigation with a focus on electronics, communications, and medical devices. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a wide variety of technology areas, including network systems, web development, virtual and augmented reality systems, and content delivery systems.
Jason also prepares and prosecutes trademark applications and works to protect trademark rights for both local and international clients.
