OVERVIEW
Daniel joined HG in 2023, following the completion of his LLB Law degree in 2022. As part of his degree, he undertook coursework in Intellectual Property and Media law, and after graduation, he spent time working in-house, specializing in contracts and data protection. At HG, Daniel has gained experience with both patents and trademarks, having worked as a paralegal in both teams.
Daniel is now undertaking his training as a Trademark Attorney, where he enjoys bridging intellectual property law with commerciality and branding. He has experience with trademark prosecution in the U.K., U.S. and E.U., as well as through the Madrid system. Once qualified, he is keen to expand into litigation and oppositions.
Outside of work, Daniel loves to be outdoors – no matter the weather! He enjoys mountain climbing, riding motorcycles, playing the piano and padel.
