OVERVIEW

Brian is an accomplished intellectual property litigator with over 15 years of experience that has spanned a wide variety of technologies, jurisdictions, and intellectual property practice areas. He has worked on cases ranging from pharmaceutical trade secret litigation in New Jersey and Vermont state courts to ANDA litigation in the District of Delaware, and from software and mechanical device patent litigation in Illinois and California federal courts to Federal Circuit appeals, copyright litigation, and trademark litigation.

While his educational background focused on mechanical engineering, control systems, and robotics, he has demonstrated his ability to litigate nearly any cause of action concerning any technology.

Brian sees a litigator’s role as a problem solver. He aims to obtain the best outcome for his clients at a minimal cost, using whatever strategy best achieves the client’s goals. Whether an aggressive, conciliatory, or obstructive approach is required, he will use creative tactics and develop effective plans of attack to get the desired result for his clients.
