OVERVIEW
Andrew first joined Haley Giuliano as a Patent Agent in 2017 and returned as an Associate in 2024. Prior to joining Haley Guiliano, he worked as a Technical Advisor or Patent Agent at large and small law firms. Andrew has experience in patent preparation and prosecution in a variety of technological areas, including energy conversion systems, vehicles, oil & gas, cooling systems, medical devices, semiconductor devices, surface treatments, and interactive media guidance.
Andrew’s engineering experience extends to free-piston generators, catalytic-stabilized combustion systems, and gas turbine fuel injectors for lean-premixed combustion. His graduate research includes investigating gasification, fuel injectors, combustion, and solid oxide fuel cells.
Following law school, Andrew served as a judicial law clerk at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
