OVERVIEW

Tony Arpin’s practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, emphasizing the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. He also has experience in post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Tony is comfortable working with many technologies, including consumer electronics, digital imaging devices, software and other network-based technologies, electrical and medical devices, audio and video processing, and display devices.

Prior to joining Haley Guiliano, Tony was a patent attorney at an intellectual property boutique firm in Washington D.C., which included a secondment to a partner firm in Tokyo. He also has experience working as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

When he is not working, one can usually find Tony on the water. To date, he has only sunk one boat. Up next, he has his sights set on conquering kiteboarding.
